Core content is delivered through short, on-demand lessons that can be completed in manageable segments each week, supported by guided reflection prompts and simple, practical practices for real-world application.

Optional live (1.5-hour drop-in) sessions are offered bi-weekly to deepen learning through Q&A, small-group practice, and integration, without creating additional pressure or obligation. The overall time commitment is intentionally modest, focusing on consistency and impact rather than volume, so participants gain capacity instead of feeling like they’ve taken on “one more thing.”

  •  Video Content: 4 hours + 19 min of short, on-demand lessons ranging from 2 min to a max of 19 minutes spread out over 8 weeks.
  • Guided Practices: 7 guided practices you can return to anytime. Time for each practice varies, with a total run time for all guided exercises: 67 minutes.
